World Travel on a Budget
for any age
Spend Less, Experience More

Travel is my passion and I'd love to inspire you to budget travel on as little as $30/day, lend a few travel tips, share some real stories, and give useful information on the places I've been; the type of information that I search for before I travel to a place.

You don't have to be rich to see the world! You just need to shift your mindset from the typical western "vacation", adopt a new travel attitude, and you won't believe the people and places you can experience at a fraction of the cost.

Travel is for anyone with a sense of adventure, even a vegetarian woman traveling alone in her 50s. ;)
I still have so much more to write from my past travels!

Like all great travelers, I have seen more than I remember, and remember more than I have seen.

JAICOM Full Zip Travel Sheet

This wicking travel sheet fits my criteria of having an all-around zipper and a back pillow pocket. I like being able to open it up all the way to make a flat sheet. 35.4" wide.
CON: Weighs in at a non-impressive 18 oz.
PRO: Zips from both ends, allowing you to stick your feet out. Zips from inside or outside of the bag. Has a back pillow pocket. Comes in a many colors. Inexpensive travel sheet.

Arctic Cool Instant Cooling Towel

Arctic Cool Instant Cooling Towel

I have to admit that I've used this quite a few times in very hot and humid climates and it has helped a lot! The Arctic Cool Instant Cooling Towel truly lives up to its name. Just soak the towel with water, and, instantly, the HydroFreeze X Technology snaps into action. Immediately, you’ll feel the invigorating cooling effect.

JetBo 100% Cashmere Travel Blanket Set

JetBo 100% Cashmere Travel Blanket Set

This is very pricey and yes, I do own it and use it all the time. It's warm, packs 'relatively' small, and doesn't wrinkle. But for the price and being 100% cashmere, it's not very soft. I do use the pillow case to put my inflatable neck pillow in it when sleeping in airports, otherwise I might suggest their blanket-only version. Overall it's a very nice gift for yourself or someone you love.
